Outside Sales Representative

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team located in Watertown, SD. In this role, you will become a trusted partner to our customers and/or dealers, take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipelines, create and execute account strategies, close deals, and manage Pivotal Health Solutions’ expansion in existing customers. We'll need you to be able to demonstrate success in articulating the benefits and differentiation of our product lines, thinking strategically about driving complex sales processes, and growing revenue inside existing accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing new sales opportunities outbound directly with targeted key accounts across multiple industry verticals
  • Develop and grow existing and new distributors
  • Travel, (drive company van and/or fly) to seminars and trade shows to promote and sell products along with completing training for customers and or dealers when possible
  • Work closely on middle to bottom of funnel sales leads and opportunities along with closing well nurtured leads
  • Help develop and carry out demand generation campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation
  • Manage complex sales-cycles
  • Confer with customers and company service / quality to resolve complaints
  • Manage all sales activity including monthly forecasting of revenue
  • Input on new product development and working within the organization and product management to maintain product information and accuracy
  • Competitor analysis, working to stay one step ahead of the competition in the market place
  • Provide feedback from in the field on what is currently happening and provide suggestion on how to stay one step ahead
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-5 years experience in sales
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and tools (Salesforce.com, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Ability to travel as business needs dictate
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and learn independently

Quality Director

Pivotal Health Solutions is looking for a Quality Director to provide leadership to the Quality Management System. The Quality Director would develop, implement, and manage corporate-wide quality systems and programs that are in compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and manage a documented quality system that conforms to the applicable ISO/MDD/CMDR/QSR requirements and that ensures product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Authorize Declarations of Conformity, Certificates to Foreign Government, and other documents as required by the FDA, competent authorities, or other regulatory agencies that would require like documentation.
  • Establish, implement, and manage audit processes for compliance to Quality System Requirements.
  • Keep executive management, and all staff informed on quality performance and quality issues through effective, timely reporting which includes quality metrics.
  • Manage customer quality feedback with thorough reporting, investigation, testing, and appropriate corrective action.
  • Develop and maintain effective and compliant document control processes and procedures.
  • Manage non-conforming product processes. Develop procedures for processing NCRs to appropriate disposition and closure.
  • Assure production compliance with company, regulatory, and customer standards.
  • Work effectively with all company resources to champion continuous improvement in quality.
  • Recruit, supervise, train, and develop quality staff, as assigned.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Quality Assurance within an ISO Certified System.
  • ASQ certification (CQE or CQM)
  • Knowledge of Corrective Actions, Quality Planning, Process Validation, and Quality Auditing
  • Ability to use Quantitative Methods and Tools such as SPC, Process and Performance Capability, and Design and Analysis of Experiments
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to regulatory agencies, customers, and within the company.
  • Ability to maintain and manage confidential information

Customer Service Technician

Pivotal Health Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Technician to provide phone and email technical support to customers and service technicians for all products sold by Pivotal Health Solutions & Custom Craftworks.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide phone and email technical support to customers and service technicians for all products sold by Pivotal Health Solutions & Custom Craftworks.
  • Take and respond in a timely manner to incoming customer and dealer calls and emails.
  • Send device schematics, service manuals to appropriate customers.
  • Have a good understanding of all products and be able to communicate how they operate and their key features.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts, and other visual aids.
  • Interpret technical construction specifications.
  • Propose changes to engineering standards, policies, or details to help improve reliability.
  • Review for accuracy and enter part & cushion orders.
  • Address freight claims & repair issues.
  • Provide technical presentations to customers and staff as required.
  • Provide on the job training to new staff.
  • Repair our products.
  • Assisting Quality department.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Work requires advanced math skills, special relationship abilities, and the ability to understand abstract principles behind math and physics.
  • Good phone etiquette.
  • Job may require travel to meetings, site visits, customer repairs and inspections.
  • Work requires willingness to work to a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing within the department and other areas of the Company as necessary.
  • Ability to interpret and work from oral and written instructions.
  • Computer skills with the ability to document data for record keeping purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills in effectively working with co-workers & customers.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during peak periods of activity.
  • Knowledge of organizational methods and the ability to manage multiple tasks/duties simultaneously.
