We are looking for energetic employees to assist with the rapid expansion and growth of our product lines. Pivotal Health Solutions designs and manufactures equipment for all levels of athletics, including professional teams for the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB. Other product lines include state-of-the-art physical therapy equipment, medical equipment, chiropractic tables and massage therapy equipment and accessories. We have openings for the following positions:

1st Shift Material Handler

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Material Handler to assist with material/vendor management and organization. The material handler will be responsible for staging, delivery, pickup, organizing, and stocking of production materials. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock 
  • Locate and stage material by pulling and verifying production order bill-of-materials
  • Receive, count, and check in material
  • Ensure production work-cell areas are stocked with parts, fasteners, etc.
  • Pull parts from inventory and deliver/pickup using company vehicle
  • Utilize computer software to locate and stock material into appropriate locations
  • Other duties as assigned

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking 1st Shift Production Assemblers to join our team in the manufacturing of athletic training and chiropractic equipment. Production assemblers will be responsible for producing finished products through various types of assembly and manufacturing. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assemble components into finished products on time and to PHS quality standards 
  • Utilize variety of hand tools, fixtures, and test equipment to build product orders
  • Utilize work instructions to follow established assembly procedures
  • Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms
  • Utilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materials

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking 1st Shift Production Upholsterers to join our team in the manufacture of athletic training and chiropractic equipment. 1st Shift Production Upholsterers will be responsible for all activities related to the manufacture of upholstery products and cushions. Will train. This is a full-time position.

  • Layout and cut vinyl fabric 
  • Sew vinyl and miscellaneous fabrics
  • Prepare cushion substrate for final upholstery assembly
  • Prepare cushion foam for final upholstery assembly
  • Stretch and staple vinyl cushions
  • Maintain clean and organized work area
  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms
  • Utilize Kanban system to restock depleted materials
  • Other duties as assigned

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking 1st shift Wood Fabricators to join our team in the manufacturing of athletic training and locker room equipment. Wood fabricators will be responsible for producing finished products through various types of assembly and manufacturing. Will train. This is a full-time position.

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, etc.

  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms
  • Utilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materials

Facility Maintenance Technician

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The facilities maintenance tech will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the PHS facilities. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for all janitorial duties including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal of all areas throughout facility. 
  • Identify and perform facility repairs
  • Conduct maintenance tasks (replacing light bulbs, etc.)
  • Perform minor exterior building and landscaping maintenance
  • Ensure regular preventative maintenance is completed on equipment and systems
  • Complete maintenance records and document scheduled PM services
  • Other duties as assigned
     

Requirements

Inside Sales Representative

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to track and call qualified leads generated from the HubSpot Marketing and CRM program to determine the lifecycle of the lead. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with sales and marketing to identify and prequalify lead lists, build email workflows, and nurture leads to the point of conversion. Applicants should be highly organized, have excellent verbal and written skills, have high attention to detail, and be energetic and pro-active in initiating outreach to support our business goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Devise a lead scoring strategy to track and evaluate success initiatives and ensure that the company is driving the most productive leads, making process improvements and changes where necessary
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify and prequalify lead lists and track conversions
  • Implement and manage lead generation and lead tracking metrics and prepare report results regularly
  • Maintaining sales lead data on qualified and non-qualified leads
  • Assisting with trade shows
  • Opening sales opportunities within HubSpot CRM
  • Research lists of companies to target and identify contacts who meet our target customer profile
  • Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Initiate outbound cold calls and email follow-up correspondence to generate interest in our company’s products

Outside Sales Representative

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team located in Watertown, SD. In this role, you will become a trusted partner to our customers and/or dealers, take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipelines, create and execute account strategies, close deals, and manage Pivotal Health Solutions’ expansion in existing customers. We'll need you to be able to demonstrate success in articulating the benefits and differentiation of our product lines, thinking strategically about driving complex sales processes, and growing revenue inside existing accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing new sales opportunities outbound directly with targeted key accounts across multiple industry verticals
  • Develop and grow existing and new distributors
  • Travel, (drive company van and/or fly) to seminars and trade shows to promote and sell products along with completing training for customers and or dealers when possible
  • Work closely on middle to bottom of funnel sales leads and opportunities along with closing well nurtured leads
  • Help develop and carry out demand generation campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation
  • Manage complex sales-cycles
  • Confer with customers and company service / quality to resolve complaints
  • Manage all sales activity including monthly forecasting of revenue
  • Input on new product development and working within the organization and product management to maintain product information and accuracy
  • Competitor analysis, working to stay one step ahead of the competition in the market place
