All Pivotal Health Solutions authorized Distribuotrs must have a signed distribution terms agreement on file with Pivotal Health Solutions. Authorized Distributors are permitted to sell products in the territory that is designated in their distribution terms agreement. Pivotal Health Solutions may limit what products a representative may sell. Please check with our customer service department with any questions.
Distributors must maintain Pivotal Health Solutions quality and excellent customer service and problem resolution, and in turn must work as a liaison between Pivotal Health Solutions and the Distributor's end customer. Distributors are expected to have fully trained staff that can effectively demonstrate and communicate the Pivotal Health Solutions products and their intended use. Distributors shall extend the same return and warranty policies as specified by Pivotal Health Solutions to their end cuosmter. Distributors of Pivotal Health Solutions may not act or present themselves to customers as agents or employees of Pivotal Health Solutions.
Pivotal Health Solutions sells our manufactured products and accessories to only authorized Distributors. We do have two Distributor categories. General Line dealers carry all PHS products except the ErgoStyle Hylo, ErgoStyle FX and ErgoStyle ES2000 Tables. Our Specialty dealers carry all Pivotal Health Solutions products.
