Pivotal Health Solutions Welcomes Bob Jones as our New Regional Sales Manager for the Southern Region
Pivotal Health Solutions is happy to announce the addition of Bob Jones as our New Regional Sales Manager for the Southern Region.
Bob comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the Health and Wellness industry and we are excited to be able draw from his experiences not only with providing great training and service to our customers and distributors but to also draw from his vast product knowledge as we continue to grow our product portfolio.
Bob Jones Biography —
In 1985 my career of serving the Chiropractic profession started in the family business. It didn’t take long for me to realize, I wanted to expand my horizons further than imaging equipment, and needed to be the captain of my own ship. Sound familiar to any of you? This was the beginning of what would eventually take me into the world of small business ownership. With a love for the work and a desire to do things, “my way” and the great motivator of fear and uncertainty, we created our own company B&D Enterprises in 2003 and closed it down in June of 2010. What a great ride it was. I am looking forward to continuing the ride with Pivotal Health Solutions and the wide range of products they carry.
I was the exclusive Chattanooga Group Select Distributor for Texas, and was also chosen to distribute other product lines such as Eurothec, Lloyd Tables, Leander, Galaxy, Winco, Core Products, TurboSonic, Wave, BackProject ATM, Inter X, and yes, many imaging products too. I couldn’t give up my humble beginnings.
I realized right from the beginning that I needed to make our company unique in many ways and first I made a commitment to education. I promised to deliver unparalleled education on every product I sold and will continue this commitment to you the distributor/dealer, and this as you know, is very unique in our industry. It’s what happens after the sale that matters most, and if you don’t know how to use the products you distribute, you probably won’t have much success selling them to your customers. Education gets you the sales you’re looking for, and the products help you deliver them.
I believe the five goals below sum up what a good and profitable distributor should stand for. These should represent your daily expectations of your entire staff. None of them should be optional.
1. Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated
2. Offer only the best products in the world
3. Educate thoroughly for the best patient outcomes
4. Support all products fully through knowledge and service
5. Never stop improving
